The lyricist, Arunraja kamaraj, who penned the latest hit ‘Im So Cool’ in ‘Kakki Sattai’. The lyricist said that he packed his bags from his hometown to Kollywood to become a director, but destiny gave him an opportunity to be a lyricist and he gladly accepted it.
Arunraja started his career as a lyricist with Santosh Narayan and delivered Chartbusters in ‘Pizza’, ‘Villa’, and ‘Ding Dong’ in ‘Jigarthanda’. Arun’s next releases would be ‘Pencil’, ‘Engo Paartha Maya’kam' and a theme song for the ICC World Cup, 2015. He has also starred in ‘Maan Karate’ and ‘Raja Rani’ and shared the screen space with Santhanam and Sivakarthikeyan.
